Terms of registration in our circuit.

We confirm that, using the information described therein, you will formalize your registration in our circuit, referred to in the site called “About Sales“.

With your registration and with the signing of a separate agreement, aimed at regulating our relationship also with regard to our compensation, you can rely on our periodic advice on digital marketing, in particular by promoting innovative and quality solutions in the field of packaging and materials for products in various sectors.

We will carry out our task, which you have intended to entrust to us, without any bond of subordination, since it concerns the provision of business procurement services taken care of for you, even if without exclusive prerogatives, given that the site brings together a significant variety of companies, sometimes not being able exclude competition between them: you acknowledge this, declaring that you have nothing against it and this without any conditions or reservations.

We are, therefore, expressly authorized by you to carry out any service suitable for promoting your business and your products online and, therefore, to take care of the study of the related strategies and channels, which at our discretion we will deem even just appropriate: by way of example including SEO, SEM, SMM, influencer marketing consultancy.

We are also authorized to publish photos, articles and presentations of your products on one or on the three different sections of the site.

Up to 3 (three) publications of the product and/or solutions with images, videos and technical-commercial articles.

2) SLIDE SECTION on HOME PAGE

Insertion of slides on the home page to highlight important news

3) MARKETING CAMPAIGN

Marketing campaigns via e-mail and/or social media towards selected contact lists based on sectors of potential interest

COMMERCIAL CONSULTING

Timely and efficient communication on news and information useful for expanding the portfolio of customers, suppliers and services. The contacts interested in the various product proposals and solutions proposed will be immediately sent to you on the basis of the requests obtained and who will have the possibility and exclusivity on the negotiation that will follow

IMPORTANT

The portal and publications exclude and do not provide for direct advertising of brands and names of members and this in order to allow us to manage our business and after a screening of the various requests, which will then be transferred to you for your direct management. Non-traceability has the mutual purpose of protecting the skills, activities and objectives agreed between us.

For enrollment only, you will pay an annual expense reimbursement of € 99. The starting date of the year will coincide with the payment day of the annual expense reimbursement, just as the enrollment day will coincide with the payment of the first reimbursement.

Failure to pay the annual fee, after 20 days from the deadline, will result in the darkening of your figure and the immediate termination of all services: the services will be restored with the payment of the unpaid fee(s).

On the other hand, the regulation of the compensation that will be due to us for business and sales that you conclude based on our recommendations will be that further provided for in the separate contract according to the rules established for customer reporting and business procurement activities.
